What cookies are
Last updated: 26 June 2026.
Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small files saved on your device that allow a site to work, remember preferences or enable features. Some are essential; others are used only with your consent.
What we use on this site
We aim to use the minimum. Specifically:
- Essential / functional (no consent, as they are needed for the site to work): the record of your cookie choice and search preferences, saved in the browser's local storage.
- Third-party features — with consent only: the chat (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, USA) and the maps (OpenStreetMap) only load/send data when you use them or when you accept.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools: there is no Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook Pixel and no marketing cookies. The site's fonts are self-hosted (no Google Fonts).
How to manage your consent
When you first visit the site, we show a notice where you can accept or reject the non-essential features. You can change your choice at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies and storage in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones may affect how the site works.
