The marealgarve.com site ('Maré Algarve') is operated by Anderson Melo (Anderson Melo SEO), controller of the marealgarve.com website, reachable by email at andersonmeloseo@gmail.com and via andersonmeloseo.com.br.
Maré Algarve is an informational and listing portal for holiday accommodation in the Algarve. We present information about destinations and accommodation and direct the user to the partner platform (Homing Portugal) or to the advertiser, where the booking is made.
What Maré is and is not
Maré is not the entity that rents out the properties, nor a travel agency, nor a party to the booking contract. The booking and its contract are entered into directly between the user and the accommodation platform/owner. The applicable prices, availability and conditions are those shown on that platform at the time of booking.
Use of the site
You undertake to use the site in good faith and not to enter false data in the forms, not to attempt to compromise the site's security and not to use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design and other original content of the site are the property of the controller or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without authorisation. The photographs of the accommodation belong to their respective sources/partners.
Limitation of liability
The information is provided for guidance and with the greatest possible accuracy, but it may contain inaccuracies or be out of date; the binding information is that of the booking platform. To the extent permitted by law, Maré is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or of third-party services it links to.
